You know that moment when you're supposed to be at game night in an hour and you haven't even started cooking the dishes you're supposed to bring? I'm asking for a friend, of course! Well as a result of that moment, this cake became the easiest and quickest thing I've ever made. And guess what? It was delicious! |

Chef's Note: This cake can be changed up in many ways by using different pie filling and nuts.

- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow (butter) cake mix
- Chopped almonds
- 1 stick of butter
Directions:
- Lightly spray a bundt pan or pan of your choice.
- Layer the bottom with cherry pie filling.
- Add a second layer with the crushed pineapple.
- Sprinkle the cake mix over the layer of pineapple.
- Cut the butter into small squares and place the squares around the pan on top of the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the almonds on top of everything.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
- It is done when the cake is set and the top is golden brown.
