This rub is great to use for pork butt when making pulled pork. I've also used it on pork steaks and chicken. It contains classic BBQ flavorings with a little kick of heat. You can choose any type of air-tight container to put the rub in for a gift but the smaller Mason jars work great. |

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Store in an air-tight container or keep in the freezer in a resealable bag.
