This is the easiest food gift I've ever made. The idea of using the slow cooker is genius! This simple recipe is easy to change up and make different varieties of the peanut clusters. This holiday season I made a batch with just the chocolate and then another batch where I added a bag of peanut butter chips. As I was scooping these, I started thinking about all the different add-ins you could use, even a splash of bourbon or rum would take it up a notch! |

- 1 pkg (16 oz) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
- 1 pkg (16 oz) chocolate-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
- 1 jar (16 oz) dry-roasted, salted peanuts
- 1 jar (16 oz) dry-roasted, unsalted peanuts
Directions:
- Add candy coating to a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
- Cover and heat on low heat setting for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until completely melted.
- Pour peanuts over melted candy mixture, and stir until peanuts are coated.
- Drop a tablespoon of mixture onto waxed paper.
- Allow to set completely, at least 1 hour.
- Store in a cool area in an air-tight container.
